You are here because you are either facing the difficult choice of placing a loved one in a nursing home or seeking information on whether you can sue a nursing home for neglect or abuse.  Either way, both are potentially guilt-ridden ordeals and deserve your full attention and research.  I am here to help TEACH YOU about your issue(s) so you can make the RIGHT decisions from the start.

I am a lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia Lawyer who writes articles and reports to help Atlanta and Georgia nursing home residents and their families learn about their rights when they suspect they or someone they love has been neglected in a nursing home.  This website contains the same information I would give my family or close friends if they needlessly suffered at the hands of a nursing home.  My mission, and your first order of business, is to teach you about nursing home cases, what the issues are, and how nursing home attorneys should be handling your case.  I am a firm believer in teaching and informing my client about all aspects of their case. One look at all the information on this website will confirm this devotion. An involved, knowledgeable client only makes for a better case and a better attorney-client relationship.  I welcome and all suggestions on what information or topics you would like to learn more about.
